friends who love tea and love to entertain had an idea…and
Tea by Two was born!
In
a charming cottage at the edge of the Town of Bel Air,
Tea by Two sits happily beside Richardson's Florist.
As a matter of fact, the tea room is located in the
former home of Margaret Magness Richardson, the founder
of the florist. A lifetime resident of Bel Air, Mrs.
Richardson began her flower shop in her home over 50
years ago. She has since passed away, but her legacy
continues.
From
the first whistle of a boiling kettle to the
last drop in a china teacup, afternoon tea is
a charming, relaxing and delightful experience.
Our dream was to create a special place for friends
and family to celebrate, support, or just "catch
up" with each other. As you enjoy one of
our forty varieties of fine loose teas, we hope
you will discover the pleasant ritual of taking
tea.

Friends for twenty years, Erin Bradley and Janet Meyers
decided to leave their careers in the Insurance Industry
and try something new. Tea by Two is their dream of
providing a quiet respite from the stress filled world
we live in today.
