Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended, but not required. If you walk in to Tea by Two and we have availability, we are happy to seat you, however, if you are planning a special visit, we recommend that you make a reservation so that you won’t be disappointed.

How to make a reservation
To request a reservation, please visit or call the tearoom – 410.838.8611. You are welcome to leave your reservation request on our voice mail and we will respond to you on the next business day. Reservation requests left on our voice mail will not be considered confirmed until we return your call.

Groups of 6 - 12

We have a small dining room that can accommodate 6 to 12 guests. There is a minimum of 6 people, maximum of 12 (a credit card number is required to hold the reservation.)

If your reservation is for 6 - 10 guests, you may order from the menu. If your reservation is for 11 or 12 guests, High Tea will be served to everyone.

Please note: A 18% gratuity will be added to your bill. A $10 penalty fee will be charged for any "no show" guests.

Large Group Reservations

A minimum of 20 guests is required, with a maximum of 30 guests (a credit card number is required to hold the reservation.) Tea will be served in our main dining room.

Each guest will be served High Tea, which includes soup, scones, tea sandwiches and desserts.

An 18% Gratuity will be added to your bill. There is a room fee of $100 which is due at time of reservation. Your tea time will be from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. A 50% deposit is required 2 weeks prior to your event with a final count of guests. (Should you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your event the room fee is non-refundable.)

Please note: prices are subject to change without notice. All seats must be occupied by a paying guest. All guests must be 5 years of age or older - we are unable to seat children under five, including infants.
